What we collect

When you send a planning request, we collect the email address you submit, your consent choice and any other trip details you voluntarily share in later correspondence. Standard technical server logs may also be generated by our hosting provider.

Why we use it

We process your data to respond to your accommodation planning enquiry and correspond about the service. We do not automatically sign you up for marketing emails. Our legal basis is your request to take steps before entering a service contract, and where required, your consent.

How submissions are delivered

Our form uses FormSubmit.co to route enquiry details to the receiving mailbox. FormSubmit is an external service and may process form data to provide delivery and spam protection. A form must be activated by the recipient mailbox owner before submissions are delivered. You can alternatively send an email directly to [email protected].

Your rights
